1. Introduction

Welcome to Home Harmony! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Home Harmony app (the "App"), and any related services provided by Home Harmony. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Our Service

Home Harmony provides a conversational AI assistant within our App that allows you to manage tasks, schedule appointments, and perform other related activities. You agree to use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful purpose.

3. User-Generated Content

You may provide content such as tasks, voice memos, and images ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content but grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

4. Proper Use of AI Services

  • AI Interaction: The AI assistant integrated into the Home Harmony app is provided for managing tasks, scheduling appointments, and related activities in accordance with the app's intended use. You agree to interact with the AI assistant responsibly and in good faith.
  • Prohibited Uses: You are prohibited from using the AI assistant for any purposes that are not in line with the primary function of the app. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Engaging the AI in activities that promote hate speech, violence, or illegal actions.
    • Attempting to exploit or probe the AI for vulnerabilities.
    • Using the AI to generate content that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
    • Manipulating the AI to perform tasks or generate outputs that violate OpenAI's use policies or any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Content Monitoring and Enforcement: We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content generated through interactions with the AI assistant to ensure compliance with these Terms. We may remove or restrict access to any content that we find in violation of these Terms or OpenAI's policies.
  • Reporting Abuse: If you encounter any use or content that you believe violates these Terms, OpenAI's policies, or applicable laws, please report it to us immediately.
  • Consequences of Violation: Misuse of the AI assistant may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and may lead to legal action if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are and will remain the exclusive property of Home Harmony and its licensors.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Home Harmony, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our App.
